I was referring to all the water/water vapor produced by the millions of cars... How much water is created from each gallon of hydrogen? Would we have to change city infrastructure to accommodate the added water to sewer systems? Would the water vapor be so great that it could change weather/landscapes?

I know it is far fetched, but just thinking "outside the box"
