"Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion: or the free exercise thereof" What was there intent? Congress can not create a state religion, like the Church the England, and they cannot create a law that outlaws the worship of one. Seems pretty straight forward to me. It is liberals that try to read between the lines so it can fit their agenda.
