Given the convictions 15+ years would not be unexpected for Elgindy He was a felon on probation Elgindy admitted making false statements and presenting false identity papers at Long Island's MacArthur Airport He has no remorse or regret at all as show by his postings here, despite of his multiple convictions by a jury of his peers. He has an open disregard of the Judge and Jury. The MAX sentence would be 20 years supposedly. Given the multiple convictions, and the high odds he does this all again if let out early: 75% of MAX would be fair...which is 15
