"Rove Denied to Bush He Engaged in Leak" This is crucial for the chimp's legacy. Will he be a Grant, viewed by history as a decent man who trusted too much and was betrayed by his aides, or a Nixon, an unidicted co-conspirator and slimeball? Perhaps Rove has a pardon in his pocket as long as he can keep the chimp out of it?
