The best way to learn to play a game is to play with people better then you are and learn from them through experience. Integrating Iraqi's into American forces would foster good will, good equipment and good training. I am not sure how they are doing it over in Iraq, but if it were me I would at least consider having the Iraqi NCO's integrated next to an American NCO to learn that very important function. IMHO NCO's run the military in operations, in my experience officers just get in the way. jdn
