The VSE has accepted for filing documentation of an agreement whereby the company will acquire from Importex Corp its right to an agreement with Nosawa & Co. The agreement with Nosawa relates to the North American and European distribution and sales rights for a fabric that can be made into reusable surgical garments and other products. The company has also agreed to acquire a debenture granted by Mercana Industries Ltd. In consideration, the company will pay: $100,000 cash; 225,000 class A shares; 150,000 warrants exercisable at $6.90 in the first year and $7.94 in the second year.
