RU486 is not even remotely similar to an abortion. You are fantasizing demented visions. RU486 is a pill taken soon after sex to make sure that you do not get pregnant. It is called the "morning after" pill or Plan B, for instance, if a condom breaks or you think your birth control might not work, you take RU-486 as insurance. And you know then you will not get pregnant. To outlaw this drug is just plain evil as outlawing it clearly creates more unwanted pregnancies, more abortions and more problems in our society.

Anyone who tells you RU-486 is an "Abortion pill" is a bald-faced liar who knows he/she has lost the debate. And let's face it, what these anti womens rights groups really want is to take away sex altogether. Sex to them is evil. Sex is disgusting. Sex should be banned. These are prudish puritan hypocrites who feel shame about sex themselves so they try to project their shame onto others. Meanwhile they're secretly just as horny as everyone else.

The fact is the whole abstinence-only no sex ed, no condoms, RU-486 movement is creating more unwanted pregnancies, more STD's and more abortions. The experiment failed. We need safe, readily available birth control for everyone as well as sex ed in schools and condoms available to high-risk people. Plus as a last resort, abortions need to be legal and safe. Otherwise things will get worse and worse because you can never ever stop people from having sex.
