I'm confident multi-drug therapy would be the best course of action. No one is going to have the time to sequence or run viral cultures of their particular virus to discover which drugs it is resistant to. I'm sure health authorities would give advice based on what they were seeing in your geographic region. But I'd take their comments with a healthy dose of skepticism. .
