I posted about npct on tony's board. I said it was a scammy company. I think I p osted about it before 11/2002 w hich is referenced here. I posted about Paul's prior criminal history. This was pu blic knowledge. I got it from the SEC in Colorado. I paid to get the inforamtion in a legal information request.
