ADSL will contributes much to the bottom line of Coms, Csco, Pair, Alcatel etc. by 98, and by 99 it might be the biggest item for those who can capture market share. IMO.>> This is just wrong. UUNET has been quoted as saying that they will be expaning use of Ascend xdsl after compuserve deal. The fact that USWest switched to a different technology is a US West rollout failure not an ascend problem.
