Even if they took the full shares now at the tiny 6 cents, that would be a chunk of change in the bank. But I DO NOT believe they would do this except under ONE condition, and that would be to have a producing property of a HUGE magnitude which had to be locked in within a certain time frame. This would be an EXTREME case (and HIGHLY unlikely), because if they are about to latch on to such a huge prospect (which I think is very near), I believe they should be able to partner with someone on it to share in the profits rather than just taking cash to do it all themselves. OR, if there are proven resources (which I think there will be), they should be able to work out borrowing terms on cash to avoid as much dilution as possible. Either way, the proven and near production land will result in a market cap equal to many already out there which are 10-20 times theirs usually. This should get very interesting soon.
