As long as OBL is perceived to still be alive,he serves a purpose for the Bush propaganda machine.
I personally don't think that he had anything to do with 9/11.There has never been any irrefutable evidence that he was responsible for 9/11.Don't you think that it is strange that we never see any more tapes from him.I believe that the first tapes were fake.Almost like the fake terror alerts that were used to get Bush a second term and which are non existent now.
