at $9.17.
September: No sales or 144 registrations.
Since equity conversions is a significant part of Silicon Valleu executive compensation, and this is the first opportunity to sell,
I would hardlt conclude that this is a bailout! Always helpful to
know the facts on insider activity and put them into perspective.
