tradingipos.com

'It should be noted that last August there were a few detailed leveraged buyout and recapitalization transactions, all of which seem to have resulted in Refco changing hands from one entity to another. It appears that well over a billion dollars in debt was laid on top of RFX during these transactions in order to fund the deal and offer payouts to insiders. It's a bit complicated as it appears some of the same names were on both sides of the transactions, but essentially this looks to be yet another case of a quick-flip leveraged buy out ipo'

'In my opinion, opportunity wise, RFX at $20-$22 or so is not remotely akin to GFIG when it was $22-$24 or so in April.'
