TO THE THREAD Indiana Jones (AKA Lazarus_Long) is still out and about with his various adventures, here and there, and wanted to say hello to all the Compendium threadsters and promise a triumphant return . . . someday . . . maybe . . . He tells me of bad hotels, worse food, water that may or may not be potable, and no reliable connections to the Internet. Plus, there's the constant threat of bird flu and other exotic illnesses and diseases that most medicos will live their whole lives through and never see. Nobody can say that he and Mrs. Jones don't know how to have a fun time on vacation! - Holly (on behalf of our very own intrepid third-world adventurers)
