AS, I know that you do not understand what you attempt to write about, but, Haliburton is a very good company that tries to make as much money as it can. It is up to the customer (US) to decide whether or not to pay the bill in full or not. Unfortunately, when one elects less than brilliant leaders, (Kerry and Bush) you end up with poor results. No bid can be an excellent way for customers to save money. You are confused as always and try to paint everything black. That is not the case. What exactly is crooked about HAL? What law have they broken?
