Mancini and Needham are FRAUD-sters. The PR is worthless.
1. They say the oil production will go from current levels to projected 1 million barrels per month. They do not tell us what current levels are, and projected numbers a total B.S. anyway. For all we know, current levels could be a coffee cup of crude oil per year. These guys are so retarded. They posted a total B.S. - bull shit worthless PR. A real professional cannot tell anything REAL from this PR. It's all a crock of shit.
2. They say that it is a Direct interest instead of an indirect interest, and that they think this is in the best interest of shareholders. What a bunch of bull shit. A little comment like that, that they are looking out for shareholders is a total crock of shit. If they were really interested in shareholders, they would be answer our emails, our phone calls, and posting PRs to let us know what is going on, at least every 2-4 weeks instead of once every 5 months. These guys are a couple of dirty rotten lying unprofessional do-nothing con-artists committing FRAUD, and trying to fake us out with their bull shit PR. After 5 months, this is what we get? More of NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING. And, then a bunch of stupid investors run in here and invest based on this dumb PR? And, others are day-trading on a 1/2 cent swing trade? What a pack of crap.
3. Mancini and Needham, DID NOT tell us:
a. The name of the company.
b. The location of the company.
c. The location of the oild field.
d. The dollar figures, dollar amounts, revenues, sales, equity, cash, debt, etc. They DID NOT give us one single detail as to anything that relates to money and profits and sales and earnings on this oil field or the potential. These guys DON'T know how to make a PR. Or they KNOW how to fake a lot of dumb investors out with a load of shit worthless PR.
People/investors are so dam greedy these days, that they'll believe any dumb PR, like M&N put out, cause they are hoping that they will get rich. Instead, they should read between the lines and see that you got to invest in solid substance, not a bunch of bull shit hype on a total FRAUD worthless PR.
Mancini and Needham, deserved to be kicked out of this company and thrown in prison for 25 yrs. to life - for trying to deceive us with these worthless bull shit PRs.

They DO NOT disclose the full complete details necessary for a REAL person to figure out whether this is a REAL PR or not.
The way they post a PR, you could make up anything you want to say and there would be no way of telling if it was REAL.
So, because of their actions and retarded behavior, I think M&N are trying to con us and deceive us.
A REAL person with REAL credibility would post the:
1. Name of company.
2. Location of company.
3. Location of oil field.
But, fake guys would say this is a "private" deal and then use that as an excuse for not posting anything REAL about the deal. Anyone could post fake PRs like M&N all day long. Fake PRs are meaningless.
M&N are worthless.
I can't wait for the investigators to finish their investigation, and then I'd like to see Mancini and Needham, hung by their necks on Wall Street, in New York, at 12 noon, in front of all the Wall Street Pros - if they are found guilty of FRAUD.
I think they have committed FRAUD.
