OT OT For planning purposes, one has to assume worst case scenario of at least a two week delay if your funds are trying to enter or depart USA if the funds are large.

Usually, the alert creates delays that are only an extra 24 hours (so 48 hours is what you could realistically plan for). Sometimes 72 hours, but that's rare.

The current alert situation is almost a week of a delay so far for all three.

I think we will need to figure out something internationally. What international banks do you like? Someone said Barclay was good (but they are large so we would probably get lost in the shuffle.) We should see if Silicon Valley Bank (a small but nimble bank for startups) has an overseas division we could just use instead in various countries. We aren't using Silicon Valley bank right now.
