The impending charges from the special prosecutor, as I understand from listening to several guests on Chris Mathews show today is perjury. Outing of a CIA agent's name may not be an indictable offence. But it is the perjury charge that Rove and Libby are going to be dinged with.

There is the case of the missing email that Rove failed to produce but the reporters did. In that email Rove was the one that made a mention to Wilson's wife.

So the talking points are irrelevant to the impending charges that the prosecutor is thinking of bringing.

What is even worse is that the White House drama has already started. According to insiders, it is Rove versus the rest. And what adds fuel to the fire is the revelation yesterday by a Christian evangelist that Rove called him up about Meirs and told him "things that he shouldn't be knowing and can't tell" that is a pretty explosive comment lending credence to the suspicion that there are plenty of shady deals going on beginning with Iraq (WMD lying), Halliburton and now the SC justice nomination.
