I spent some time looking at it. scratching my head. key question to me is what makes the dividend stream sustainable? I dont have an answer to that yet.looks like they have no properties in La. So what kind of a track record does management have anyway? or are you just closing your eyes, crossing your fingers and hoping the dividend continues? I once owned Manufacturers Hanover when it was yielding 16.5 % a year. Unfortunately the dividend was reduced.
