Someone should probably clue him in to the reasons why the Posse Comitatus law was passed. On the other hand, he very well may feel the reasons are as quaint as the Geneva Conventions... Worse.......he may know the law and not think its important. BTW did you hear that the 64 year old man in NO who got beat up by the police for public intoxication and resisting arrest is in fact a retired school teacher who hasn't had a drink in 25 years? And to make matters even worse if that's possible.......there were federal agents present when the beating was taking place. In addition, a NO cop on horseback kept trying to position his horse so that a cameraman could not take a video of cops beating the old guy. It seems NO is exposing all of this country's flaws all in one month.
