Rick's been on Goddard's case since before you arrived Dew, so good thing your question is rhetorical. The annoying thing about the merger vote, is that only EYET shareholders have to approve it. OSIP shareholders are stuck with it. Even if the ANCHOR data came out before the shareholder meeting, it wouldn't be likely to stop the munch. I don't remember seeing anything about collar or escape clauses mentioned in the PR, either, so maybe I'll go sniff in EDGAR for a look at the relevant 8-K.
