I am right about you. Paul does not have a criminal record. He was never sued in criminal court. That is a libel on your part. Even the FBI did not follow up and file a case against Paul after Royer sent documents trying to get one referred. It was not warranted. Paul was the Securities attorney for three companies that were sued and he was dismissed as a defendant in all three of those cases. The oil field case you talk about ended up with one of the plaintiffs who filed it going to jail for 20 years for defrauding the bank and the investors, not Paul who was strictly an investor in the project. You instigated Elgindy's shorting of NanoPierce for your own purposes and suckered a lot of short sellers into believing what you said without doing a proper balanced investigation. When Elgindy threatened me on the phone after I filed my lawsuit against you, he said that he thought it was you who had purchased his web site from his web master after he was arrested. He claimed that he never said that NanoPierce was a scam, which was a lie. I have a post of him saying it to Willy Wizard (Honda at the time), another stand up citizen who the SEC prosecuted. I have copies of all of your posts to prove what you did. Your first post about NPCT to Anthony Elgindy's shortseller board was in 2001, the year that NanoPierce filed their lawsuit against Harvest Court: October 27, 2001 - “Does NPCT seem suspect to you?. . .I personally believe this company seems suspect but I'd like to get a second opinion.” Message 16569373 You also posted the same message on the same day to Auric Goldfinger's Short List in an effort to get the shortsellers to pay attention to NPCT: Message 16569369 You eventually elicited a “scam” statement from Elgindy on his thread which was a clear signal to his followers to short the stock. Not long after NPCT lost 20% of its value going down from $1.05 at April 29th close to a low of .70 by May 20th only three weeks later. You kept up your bashing tactics all through that time. Posted to Mary from Elgindy on April 29, 2002 - “Id like to pipe in for a sec, NPCT is a scam. . .sorry wizard dude” Message 17399862 I can go on an on about this. As far as I am concerned you are a member of the enterprise and should be prosecuted for your actions.
