Today TGEN announced that they are initiating another phase 1 trail for Rheumatoid Arthritis. Wouldn't they normally be going to phase 2 at this time? Is a second phase 1 normal or are they doing phase 1 again rather than a phase 2 as some sort of negotiating tactic with Amgen? These are the kinds of questions that Investor Relations at any company never answers usefully which is why I like discussion boards. Look forward to insights.
