I realize that but was just curious how women, who plan on aborting when they find out they are pregnant a month later or so, call their "blastocyst"?

A typical abortion would be performed say 6-7 weeks after conception right? When the woman knows she is pregnant. With what, a blastocyst, a fetus or a child?

That was my question.
