Thanks. I also saw that. Looks like good news from the short side, however I've recently seen this procedure of writing off "in-process r&d" as increasingly common in the tech sector(check out the string of acquisitions that CSCO has made over the past 5 years. Almost every one of them entailed an "in-process r&d charge". What do you think? Any thoughts on what's going on with the reduction in the purchase price?
