No, there isn't.........suicide bombings started with the Tamil Tigers which are Hindus or Buddhists.

Let's not forget the Pilgrims who expected women to be covered from head to toe. That was true in this country generally as late as the early 20th century. As late as the 1960s, some women were condemned for wearing miniskirts.........and there are some in this country like the Amish who still require women to be covered from head to toe.

But I am glad to see you can narrow your bias so that it only fits Muslims. You won't feel so bad when some are killed or others are discriminated against.

For you to put this culture on the same level as any other modern culture is simply ludicrous. Compare it to the Nazis if you will, but please spare us all of the nonsense of how "we are just as bad as they are."

No one said that all Muslim states were modern. In the modern states like Turkey or Lebanon, the culture is not nearly as restrictive as in Afghanistan or Pakistan.

And that's true of the West as well......some modern states are much more conservative and restrictive than others.

Nations don't all evolve at the same rate in the same way.
