Here's a really detailed elaboration of the entire fertilization and birth process, post screwing. I think the fertilized egg is called a blastocyst until it hooks into the uterine wall and begins to get nutrients from the mother, when it's considered a pregnancy. Until then, it's probably as likely to be expelled in the next menstrual period as become a fetus. The morning-after pill just ENSURES that no pregnancy occurs, and the blastocyst is expelled.
