My best explanation of the lack of insider selling is that the company is not in trouble. Looking back, insiders have consistantly sold stock to enhance their income. But the rate of sales picked up a bit in late 1996 (when the stock was high), then fell off the face of the earth this spring (when the stock was low). They haven't been buying, but they haven't been selling either. I assume that this whole selloff is overblow. ASND is in the hands of traders, now, and the stock may go down, but if the business is still fundamentally sound, and I believe it is, then the stock will rise again. Heck, this company hasn't even had a sequential drop in sales. It is bigger than ever, and cheaper than ever, too.
