There are both state and federal laws against using a fake ID, so, make no mistake, Tony put himself in a world of trouble doing what he did. He could face many years in prison just on that charge alone. But it has never been alleged he traveled using one more than once, and, as you know, I'm sure they investigated this fully. - Jeff
