I lost a sh* load on my ECA, ENER and TXN calls last week. I doubled up (down?) on the ECA calls Friday to try to make some of it back. I now it's easy-come-easy-go, but sheesh, I was wimpering under my desk by Friday.

Now I'm trying to decide if I should go deeper into ECA. I probably won't because it's taking me too long to decide. My TXN calls are a write-off, and I unfortunately sold most of the ENER calls on the way down.

I think ECA was especially strong today because it got hit especially hard and because gas was up more than oil today. It won't announce earnings until after the Oct calls expire next week.
