I try to separate issues from personalities, and am not always successful at that. I meant no personal attack, that's not my object here..... well, I have been known to make rare and hopefully extremely limited exceptions. Anyhow, if you felt attacked, I apologize.

I don't mind people trading things, I trade some pinks and BBs myself, and I know they are BS. I just got really pissed when I saw all that overblown misleading nonsense on their website and realized they are deliberately trying to sell swamp land in Florida, and unfortunately most people reading that stuff have no way to know how much BS all that really is. And, they will unwittingly make those jokers running that company and holding zillions of shares wealthy, but get left holding the bag. I'm no attorney, but that strikes me as bordering very close to fraudulent misrepresentation perhaps, but certainly qualifies as just plain old flat wrong.
Not a reputable outfit, IMHO.
Now, that said, I am not naive enough to think or expect that companies (particularly pinks and BBs) should be honest. I know a lot of them, probably most of them, are not.
So in one sense, I don't mind them being dishonest, but by the same token, nobody should mind me calling a spade a spade provided what I say is as factually correct as possible and I am not just making things up as I go along or deliberately misleading people (that makes me just as guilty as them if I do).
Again, I apologize, my attack was MEANT to be directed at the company and its wild misrepresentations. Guess I missed the mark there.
