Well, a number of the pieces of the puzzle that is Paracelsian have fallen into place.

It would be nice to believe that we have a corrupt Chairman of the Board, and when that is realized by the other Members of the Board, they will dispose of him. Nice, but not true, I believe.

It is safe to assume, I think, that the Campbell memo just posted by Rick Costantino is a part of Campbell's lawsuit against Paracelsian. If that is true, then the other Directors have known of it for some months now. What was their reaction? Instead of demanding Rhodes's resignation, they reduced the number of Directors from nine to seven; in that way, even if a proxy fight were mounted, they--including Rhodes--would maintain a majority on the Board. Put another way: instead of firing him, they tried to make him--and they themselves--fire-proof. Sadly, then, our problem is not just our Chairman, but those who are protecting him as well. Or is it that they are protecting themselves . . .. Whatever happened to the proceeds of the sale of those 200,000 shares?

Robin and Rick D have wondered aloud, several times, just why Babish did not stay on board until the successful launch of AndroVir and AndroCar. Could it be that he came to the conclusion that a Board of Directors that was so sinister or so incompetent (or both) to not realize his value to the Company, so sinister or so incompetent to not negotiate with him in good faith, was too sinister or too incompetent to successfully launch the Company's products? If this is the case, then recent events (or non-events) have proved him right.

The horrible things that have happened to our Company have nothing to do with its technology, or its proto-products. They are the results of a sinister or incompetent Board of Directors.

I do not know what agenda they seek to advance. But from my point of view, their claim that they seek to enhance shareholder value is a crock.

It is time--well past time--for these men to resign.

If you believe as I do, then you too might want to let them know.
