We do not have enough information on Harriet Miers. I have bounced back and forth on her and do not know what to think. I am very worried about her being a David Souter stealth liberal. Of course President Bush was tagged as being stupid by the press, and then they complained about how smart his appointments were when he became PResident. I guess we owe President Bush this one.
