They'll have to train digging animals to mine it. The statistics on aids are brutal there. Even a large proportion of the doctors are expected to wipe out in the next decade from aids. Maybe they can train some of those Dune worms to mine it,...or those digging things from tremor,...Kevin Bacon can train them :-)
