I have followed this thread from time to time. It has never challenged me because for the most part EVERY SINGLE POST is some link to a news link. Nobody has an opinion? Don't any of you BELIEVE in anything?? Or is it that your comments must be judged and critiqued by superior people so you fall into the mindlessness of saying nothing whatsoever? We all read the news. How does posting the news permit or encourage honest dialogue? I look back over a few hundred posts and there is no doubt that a lot of good links have been posted. But where is the challenge and the learning? We all read the paper. Big deal. What is the point of this thread? To dialogue and learn? Or to plaster the world with news items we've all read?? Is controversy ALLOWED on this thread??
