This chart shows the dilemna and monster the Wizards have created, if they are even remotely serious about inflation fights. It also shows why egregious specualtion seems to die so hard. idorfman.com This is simply not condusive to more monetization. In actuality, they ought to be draining this off. However I believe the default strategy (unless hack Bernake is appointed) will be to continue with about a billion a week in coupon passes, not enough to support all the mispriced financial assets out there.
