US accused over young offenders

The US must stop giving young offenders life sentences without the chance of parole, human rights groups have said.

Its okay. We only give life sentences to blacks. It keeps them off the streets where they would only get into more trouble.

And if Harris had his way, they would all be executed by hanging.
