Matt: It sounds like Hedgy1 was doing a thorough research job, by talking to other people in the industry. Perhaps someone intentionally mislead him, or perhaps he misheard what someone said. Perhaps Ken has some reason why he doesn't want to talk to you about any discussions he may have had with Computer Horizons.

In any event, whether Hedgy1's information was right or wrong, I don't see how you can call it inside information, by any definition. If someone at IAIC told him about some important development that it hadn't yet told the public, then that would be inside information.
