ST, you might be doing those things, but a glance at the freeways will show many are not. Sure, people have heard of conservation for years, but they don't do it. They pay lip-service and pick a few low-hanging fruit. Make oil $1000 a barrel and you'll see conservation and replacement. Not that I'm suggesting that governments do that. It's funny how excited everyone gets over a bit of oil price increase. They seem to think there's a law of the jungle that prices and availabilities need to stay the same as now. Mqurice
