Every coach has a style. I believe it is entirely appropriate for a coach to choose his style. Life is about learning to live with others style.

An individual who is offended, or put off that the majority of his teammate use a prayer as part of preparing for a game does not have a prayer of ever being a team player. No one is excluded, all are invited.

Finding the PC correct that makes all happy is the path of the mediocre.

Teamwork is one for all and not all for one. That's why it's called teamwork.
