i bought three in one year.. three corp moves. one came up at closing and lawyer called me from closing to validate who i was and i couldn't remember the name of the street of the house. spent nine months living in hotels on the road.. what a spin that year turned out to be.
moved to albany ,several weeks later back to ct. after closing i asked lawyer and real estate agent to stay. then after seller left i told them put it back on the market. went to move in same day. for sale sign was down on lawn i put it back up and new neighbor came over asked what i was doing ,, told her selling the house do not like the neighborhood. then told her the true story. six weeks later bought another house in n.j. eleven moves in all. been here in pa for twenty years. gg
