Coastal housing bubbles have been fueled by the financial services boom since so many high paying jobs in this sector are located around New York, Boston, and Frisco So these areas could face a "double wammy" as interest rates rise and many high paying jobs in the financial services industry vanish or face sharp cuts in compensation.
