i am curious why/how the certificate is dated 9/11/97 (yesterday) and available to us this morning?????? <There's also a copy of the CERTIFICATE OFEXISTENCE/AUTHORIZATION OF OLYMPUS VENTURES from the Secretary of State of Washington dated September 11, 1997 which states OVIS was incorporated in Washington on March 9, 1995.> ed78
