Although you are correct, I believe Tony was guilty of at least one of the charges, I don't believe the court did its job to insure Tony a fair trial and I believe the prosecution did whatever it took to win without regard to truth or justice, but that is the way of the American courts. I also believe if other similar crimes and sentences are to be a gauge for sentencing then Tony should be released for time served when he finally gets sentenced, but we know that isn't going to be the case.
