Anyone who gets a rightwing education remains ignorant. There is such a censorship of reality on the far right that it's hard to imagine any rightwing educated kid knowing anything about how the world really is, or what awaits him in life. This kind of denial and censorship can lead to mental illness, suicide, alcholism, impotence and madness.

What the rightwing calls "liberal education" is just expolsing a kid to reality. That's what education is supposed to be. I have never met a teacher who preaches a political viewpoint, only good teachers who tell it like it is, whether it be science, business, literature, history or whatever.

The rightwing would love to erase history and replace it with their own version, for instance. Where Reagan saves the world and Vietnam was the right thing to do. Stuff like that.
