Mag hope ya don't mind but just sent this to Reuters. A waste of time most likely but felt I had to make it public anyway.

Read your article on the price action of TMG. I find it interesting that the NYSE ask the company about the stock price action today. I think the question should be the other way around. Since 08/09/05 someone has had an agenda and it wasn't higher prices. The term free markets gives me pause. There was nothing free except the clear example of how things are done in the stock market. The stock has been selling since August and yesterday it clearly broke out of a down trend on volume which attracted buyers, including myself. With the price action today, clearly someone wanted out yesterday and seemly as if by magic the the price kept going up providing buyers to sell into and eventually breaking a down trend continuing higher on good volume. Now I didn't just fall off the turnip truck, I've traded stocks for years and and taken my lumps but things like this gets my goat. As impossible as it sounds all I want is an even playing field.
