I suppose you agree that the USSC shouldn't have intervened in the 2000 Presidential election.

I had added that to my post but deleted it because I knew you wouldn't remember. I was for Florida to handle it's own problems and decide who they elected as president.

The problem began when Florida's supreme court didn't like the result of the rule of law and decided to overturn the election.

Federal elections are governed by federal rules. No where in the Constitution will you find abortion and suicide. The US supreme court is making law, a task they are not authorized to do.
