Did you hear Bank America is trying to role out a new program where you use your plastic for purchase and round up the dollar figure of the charge with the difference going to your BA savings account. Guess they think this is positive PR for them on the dismal savings rate of Americans and more business for them. Still a net zero for the consumer. What will the financial institutions and marketers think of next to keep American consumers happy and continue spending<g>
