Clappy, I've been so busy. Sorry that I've not gotten back to you.
I'm trying to watch it this morning in between meetings. Geez, that's tough to do when your pushed for time.
I still see a lot of red, but I think ye ole market is due for a bounce up. I could ride a bump up for a few points. I've still got a small starter position on the SPX that I might add to, but I'm still waiting. Still watching the "little blue line."
Also, I still like energy. It's that sectors turn to take a hit. But, I still like it and wouldn't mind adding to the 06 calls.
Granted, be careful. If this thing doesn't turn in the next few days, you know the next levels of support will be next. Ah, but it's expiration next week. Get ready.
In answer to your questions:
SPX, not SPY
I watch the 30, 60 and daily. Usually the 60 for a decision.
I don't use moving avgs much at all, although I have some on the screens. My best tool to watch is the MACD and Stoch. Two screens, several variations.
Later. Must run.
